These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of codex-micro.com (the "Site"), operated by Codex Micro. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

You may use Codex Micro for lawful, personal, and informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to access it in a way that could harm the Site or other users.

The content, design, and materials on codex-micro.com are owned by Codex Micro or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute substantial portions without permission.

The information on Codex Micro is provided "as is" for general informational purposes only, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the content is accurate, complete, or up to date, and it should not be relied upon as professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Codex Micro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Our $125 custom macro pad is sold as a pre-order. By placing a pre-order you authorize an immediate charge of the full price ($125, all-in, with free worldwide shipping). Each unit is built to order to the configuration you select at checkout.

• Shipping commitment: we build and ship your unit within 30 days of your order. When it ships, we email you a tracking number.
• Full refund before shipping: you may cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund at any time before your unit ships — simply reply to any of our order emails. Once an order has shipped, standard return terms apply.
• Delays & force majeure: if circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including supply-chain disruption, carrier delays, or other events of force majeure) prevent us from shipping within 30 days, the shipping window is extended accordingly. We will keep you informed by email, and you remain entitled to a full refund for as long as your order has not shipped.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
